UI - Market Contract - V0.1

Goal

Add a basic Dapp UI that displays the repo, issues, and other issue data.

Constraints:

• Use the V0 smart contract - no change to the smart contract. We are just displaying as much data as possible in a UI.

Screenshots

TBD. The goal here is to keep it really simple and just list the repo and it's issues on one screen, the issue detail on another, and reward detail on a third.

Also, we will allow someone to create a reward.

That will exercise most of the web3 integration that we need to be able to exercise.
