Thank you for this! Could it be written to allow 2 different users? Both my wife and I have a SXM login with different favorites. It's still awesome to have mine added, and the capability to get to the online only channels. |

This PR adds support for the SiriusXM Music Provider.
This is based off of the work originally shown in #989 , but ultimately rewritten for the recent updates to MA.
This allows a user with an active SiriusXM subscription to stream live radio through MA. On Demand music does not appear to show up in the radio channels, so is not expected to work at this point.
