[examples] Add Theme Mode Switch to Next.js TS example #43576

This adds a basic theme mode switcher component to the root layout and demos how to use the InitColorSchemeScript. I had to dig through a couple of pages of docs to find the correct way with v6 so I figured having a complete example might be useful for others as well.

👍 CSS theme variables feature is now stable so this makes sense.
