MTConnect Agent Win32, version 2.0.0.2, could not be running as service

It seems it is running ok in debug with some issues but it cannot be started as service from Windows Services.
Windows 10 x64, and x32
Configured to use MTConnect spec 1.3

Found the issue with the command line argument parsing. Fix tested on windows 10
