Expected behavior
I think wrapping the axis text should be sufficient to prevent overlap. Empty plots (e.g SV count and HRD) seem to have the red line shifted to the right for some reason. The TMB axis should properly reflect the actual range of the TMB values. I suspect the issue comes from missing values, NaN, NA etc.
Additional context
This is very low priority since the plots are fine on larger screens and when there are no missing values.
