this should fix issue #12
Note: I try to avoid accidental file name collisions for scenarios like
yaml_shellcheck.py /mnt/foo.yaml mnt/foo.yaml. This example will use temporary files$outdir/__root__/mnt/foo.yamland$outdir/mnt/foo.yaml
