Describe the bug
Preview a slide show fails when using the default value for colored background

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Create a background colored slide show with the default selected color
  2. Preview the slide from Slides list

Please complete the following information:

  • Operating System (OS): N/A
  • Browser: N/A
  • FQM Version: 0.8

Minor refactoring and fixes:
6d6ce62 
- Add default value to add slide color selector. Resolves #164
- Drop `Flask-Less` and replace it with `Flask-Minify`
- Update `Flask-Minify` and `Flask-gTTS`
- Adjust minify to bypass already minified static files
