Hiveeyes Schwarmalarm spike

Dear Jan-Piet and Ben,

with our Hiveeyes system, we have been able to record the first significant event, a Schwarmalarm on May 20, 2016. As we already have been aiming at mqttwarn for dispatching alert notifications to the beekeepers (see also Incorporate topic names into topic targets and #169, #170) on these types of events, we finally managed to deliver the first implementation of that.

As it just pulls together infrastructure and subsystems already present in mqttwarn, we haven't prepared additional documentation for now. Please let us know whether we should deliver some words about our scenario to README.md or the Wiki. If you don't mind, we would like to postpone this to a later point in time as we're currently busy open sourcing the rest of our infrastructure which might also be interesting to your own work around MQTT, M2M signalling and telemetry data processing and -visualization.

Thanks again for building and maintaining mqttwarn, we're looking forward to support its development through our current and future scenarios around Hiveeyes - amongst others. We thought adding its infrastructure to mqttwarn itself can help others building similar, more advanced solutions and should be able to further demonstrate the power of mqttwarn and its internal machinery.
