Update readme - add pafy #1

The readme notes currently specify to use pip to install pms-youtube. Doing this should automatically pull down and install pafy from pypi. |
The wiki also mentions its use of pafy at the top, so those not using the recommended installation method should be able to be clued in to its use. |
