@craigcook i confirmed that they do not have an ETA on the bio, but they dont want that to be a blocker to getting this done.

We've added the new person without a bio for now, just headshot and title, but keeping this issue open because we expect a bio soon.

i am going to close this because i have no clue if we are ever going to get a bio from them at this point. they can reach out if they do get it and i can re-open the case then.
