About this PR

  • Change references to S3Connection to connect_s3 to make the the NoAuthHandlerFound go away when we do a push on Shavar (related to these Sentry issues)
  • Increase client refresh check to every 6 hours (was every 1 hour)
  • Update Circle CI config to use Py3 image
