Allow more control over clipboard suggestion UI in Focus

Now that we show items on the users clipboard, maybe we should clarify the logic (as it pertains to the synced iOS/MacOS clipboard), if we want to allow hiding this clipboard "suggestion", etc

Here is the proposal:

@mheubusch please approve string "Link you copied:" - I think it's important to indicate that the user is the one who copied the link and that's why it is being shown.

@lime124 do you think there is any value or method to have the user opt in to displaying clipboard links? I think this works well but I'm just paranoid after all the user reviews.

Very valid point, @Sdaswani -- I'd test it as is first, as it aligns with our attitude towards convenience for the user.

or opt-out! but yes, let's give this a try first.

Depending on the feedback, UX also has a couple other ideas we want to try out too. Giving users a healthy balance of convenience vs privacy can be a tough line to tread sometimes :)
