More UI improvements

• Fixes Transport type bug in 2.0.12 #718
• Simple way to show map only on demand on mobile
• Slightly rework map attribution to always show OSM even without the map (because it is also used for geocoding etc.) – I think it would be good to also link to the timetable sources (e.g. https://transitous.org/sources) but I haven't yet found a straightforward way to make this configurable

(I would have slightly reduced the font size of the views, but since you seem to have increased the font size even of the intermediate stops again, I refrained from that :)
