Feature description

I notice there is no option to change weather frequency, since SERVER_GS_WEATHER_FREQUENCY does not work or seem to exist in the example.

Hey @joeyb276, thanks for the feature request. There are some new values with the new update. I'll include them and update the docs accordingly. I ping if there is a version ready for that. In the meantime, you can update the enshrouded_server.json manually (Official Enshrouded Docs)

Added the missing environment vars for the new update 4 configurations.

@joeyb276 You can try it with the latest dev-proton or dev-wine image. I'll test it a little bit further and release a new version most likely tomorrow.
