  Build was failing on OSx because the armeabi and armeabi-v7a were not recognised properly. Turned out this was caused by a compileFlag that was pointing to an incorrect toolchain folder
  When building for armeabi while using the —with-libraries an error was thrown;
  Copying fix from inetic, --with-libraries and --without-libraries can't be used at the same time
  Support for Boost 1.66.0
  boost_locale is currently broken, do not compile iconv and icu by default
  Support for NDK r16b
