This feature for mentions is now complete. In the previous pull request, I was also suggesting changes to the contact view/feed but I am seperating those changes now and will make seperate pull requests.
This branch pull request only adds the mention feature in a journal post.
The only thing missing is to add translations for 3 new pieces of text, I expect there's a quick way to do this??
