* Added example/tmstyle.js * Added test/fixtures/road.tm2 Mapbox Studio Classic example project: NOTE that all paths in tmstyle.js, data.yml and project.yml are hardcoded, and willl only work without change if your installation path is c:\dev\web\tilelive-utfgrid * Updated package.json references (old versions couldn't be installed on Windows) * Added typings/node/node.d.ts for Intellisense support in vscode.

I've also included in tmstyle.js and mbtiles.js comments about paths that work and don't work on Windows, as discussed in issue #2.
