Description
Ensures package.json files follow a consistent format for specifying a repository.
PS: I am unable to generate a changeset because I'm not allowed to use the changeset package on the machine I am committing this from. If a changeset is a blocking requirement, feel free to cherry-pick my commit, with or without attribution. But I'm also not convinced this change warrants a version bump.
