  • Show task details in rocky messages (failed + success)
  • ConnectionError handler when Scheduler is unreachable.

Describe the bug

  1. When rocky tasks failed to be rescheduled or failing in general. Show plugin + OOI in rocky messages, giving better info of failed tasks.
  2. When the Scheduler is offline, throw an ConnectionError, everywhere in rocky where the Scheduler is needed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Stop Scheduler container (stop the service)
  • Try to reach tasks page, ooi detail page, plugin detail page.

Expected behavior
500 error
