Fix broken labels on home page #897

And update the labels for the search form as well for consistency.

Noticed when testing something else that
a) in the process of fixing a contrast issue, I mangled a translate tag on the search button
b) that button either way has an aria label, so we shouldn't need visually hidden text
I've removed the broken text, and made the labels consistent on both the home page and the search form.
Tested both pages in voiceover.
