Review and update global navigation

What

We need to update the global navigation to remove the glossary (at least as a top-level item) and provide users with a route to essential user guidance, support and contacts.

Why

Current navigation options do not meet user needs.

To do

• Confirm required navigation options
• Create separate tickets for any required new pages
• Update the global navigation
