Refactor to use withLink introduced in Compose 1.7 for links in the annotated string

Refactor library to use the new withLink from Compose 1.7 to handle links within annotated strings
Rework extended-spans to support these links
Introduce new textLink typography spec so links can be fully themed for all the different interaction states
