When sending mail, envelope addresses are inferred from the message header (network/delivery_methods/smtp.rb), this is enough for the most of the cases. For those that not, like this one, it would be useful to specify the envelope data independently.

Envelope From address defaults to return_path || sender || from_addrs.first.
Envelope To address defaults to destinations (to + cc + bcc).

Updates all delivery methods to rely on the SMTP envelope.

References #421 and rails/rails#5985
