Fails to build with GHC 9.2.1

Problem

hindent fails to build with the new 9.2.1 GHC

• I checked the issue tracker for existing issues about this problem.
• I'm using the latest version of hindent.

Same with GHC 8.10.7.

Looks like problem is with breaking API changes in Cabal 3.6, 3.4 should work (which I have not tested though).
