so that it can run with gxtest
- add a -D option for defining cond-expand features. This is necessary for things that have external dependencies, like the postgres and mysql tests. - sort files in a directory so that we can define order by naming.
No need for this crufty script anymore, just `gxtest std/...` will do.
paths don't quite work out if you are running with gxtest in CI.
