Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add the value "custom" to the enumeration of "ExpectedReturnCode".

This will allow a bit more flexibility when a return code is actionable or more informational for a user than the current set of expected return codes.

This may also inform us of new specific values that should be added to the enumeration.
