The idea of this issue is that we stop shipping N times the same module at different versions and that we keep up-to-date with our dependencies.

The (copied) package-lock.json file for node-debug was out of date.
node-debug was using the correct (latest) version of the npm modules.
I've updated package-lock.json in vscode/extensions/ms-vscode.node-debug.
