Issue Type: Feature Request

I can never tell if I have word wrap enabled by looking at View -> Toggle Word Wrap. Which is strange because right next to it, you have Show Breadcrumbs, Show Minimap, etc. which all have checks that indicate whether or not that feature is turned on.

Lets be consistent. Show the state of whether or not word wrap is enabled for the editor with a check.

VS Code version: Code 1.54.3 (2b9aebd, 2021-03-15T11:57:12.728Z)
OS version: Darwin x64 20.3.0
