The rate limit estimations are not perfect due to the fact that we actually flight multiple requests to the LLM at once. You should not normally get rate limited in daily use unless you have excessive copilot usage. The number of rate limited users is incredibly low.

You make it sound like you got rate limited after just 1 to 2 requests?
