sdv upgrade, 3.10 compatibility & other bug fixes.

This PR includes the following changes:

• Applying fixes to both open issues No module named 'seaborn' when importing the "cohort" module #51 and No documentation for the raimitigations.utils.get_metrics() function #52 .
• Adding support for python 3.10. This includes:
  • Upgrading the sdv package dependency to version 0.18.0.
  • Making appropriate bug fixes to accommodate this newer sdv version.
