### Description This PR adds test cases for the custom export of [Whisper with beam search](https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime/tree/main/onnxruntime/python/tools/transformers/models/whisper). ### Motivation and Context This PR checks that Whisper can be exported and runs with parity.
