This PR adds an optional argument
--register-folders-for-telemetryto the IQ# kernel to record the plain-text name of well-known folders (for example from Quantum Katas), instead of the hashed name of the folders.This feature is mainly to be used in Microsoft's build systems to correctly map/capture Quantum Katas telemetry.
