Purpose
What is the context of this pull request? Why is it being done?
The TypeScripts deployment scripts and ARM templates are out-of-date.
Changes
Are there any changes that need to be called out as significant or particularly difficult to grasp? (Include illustrative screenshots for context if applicable.)
Update the TypeScript scripts and ARM templates to be in parity with C#. Also, we included some bug-fixes/improvements that are present in the PRs of 1.0 TypeScript and in
nextbranch.Tests
Is this covered by existing tests or new ones? If no, why not?
The deployment was correctly tested manually and the communication was tested as expected.
