fix: Upgrade cross-spawn dependency to latest version

Description

This PR updates the cross-spawn package to its latest version.

Specific Changes

• Updated the yarn.lock file, removing the old version of the cross-spawn package, so the safe version could be resolved when reinstalling.
• Updated eslint to latest version since it contained the cross-spawn package.
