Add display of PowerToys shortcuts in shortcut guide

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I advise to have powertoys-related shortcuts (e.g. toggle always on top, etc.) displayed in shortcut guide, so it is easier for users to recall which shortcut to use.

Scenario when this would be used?

when one has many powertoys features enabled and he wants to view the configured shortcuts conveniently to boost productivity.
