Description of the new feature / enhancement

Would be nice to have a keybind for just opening a pop up, similar to the "Shortcut Guide", that just shows all the functions that are turned on instead of remembering all of the different shortcuts.

Scenario when this would be used?

It doesn't require a user to remember all the different shortcuts when some of the tools, although very useful, might not be used that often.
