Add clipboard into PowerToys

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I know it's already been put into windows, but I want to be able to use it in any windows operating system.
What I also mean is I don't want to be using the window's clipboard version which doesn't have any other things like being able to pin copied text/files or have dictionaries/libraries(Ex: Urban Dictionary & Wikipedia) to copy and paste from all within clipboard.
And also add 2 tabs one for text and one for images for better orginizing.

Thanks for reading my suggestion, I think this would be great for version 0.70.0 or 0.71.0 .

Scenario when this would be used?

It will be used for Conversations, Emails, Articles, Presentations, Artwork, etc.

Supporting information

It's hard to do all the copy & paste again when I can't permanently save them whenever I will need them for future projects that won't be made until the current one is finished, and also having a dictionary/library shortcut to get words/images from anywhere easily without having to go into the website would make productivity much faster.

Also it will be cleaner than window's clipboard which just looks awful and doesn't do much anyways.

For this problem, i recommend a tool called CC Assistant which i think does a good job, although i don't need it anymore

Win+V has clipboard history.
