Shortcut Guide: Add PowerToys shortcuts to the guide

Description of the new feature / enhancement

As stated in the title, it would be very useful if the PowerToys shotcuts were shown in the Shotcut Guide.

The ideal scenario would be to implement a toggle for these shortcuts to be added in the guide.

Scenario when this would be used?

Some PowerToys shotcuts are used less often than others, thus being harder to remember in a pinch. Having them shown in the guide would help a lot in assuring them to be used more often.
