Description of the new feature / enhancement

When users push key win+shift+/, the shortcuts of Powertoys' functions also display on screen, it helps user learn how to use this application.

Scenario when this would be used?

Users can remember function and shortcuts of Powertoys smoothly when they are fresh, only know how to open the Shortcut Guide.
