Description of the issue

Static ODATA references to graph.microsoft.com break when Azure Gov returns values with .us TLD.

Need to use $Global:MSCloudLoginConnectionProfile.MicrosoftGraph.ResourceUrl rather than using https://graph.microsoft.com in ODATA URIs
