Describe the bug

There is no information about how to deploy the sample on Azure.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Created a QnAMaker service on Azure and imported the .tsv file on qnamaker.ai
2. Update the values in .bot file of qna service. Also update the QnAMakerKer value in QnAbot.cs
3. Run it on VS and test in on emulator.

• No information about how to deploy it on Azure.

Expected behaviour

The sample should consist of information of how to deploy the sample on Azure.
