Issue description

At https://docs.micronaut.io/4.2.1/guide/ the versions listed in the dropdown list go back to 1.0.0. At https://docs.micronaut.io/4.2.2/guide/ the versions go back to 4.0.0-M7 and nothing prior to that is included (no 1.x, 2.x or 3.x).

I think this may have been remedied when the script was run to fix the issue described at #10410.
