The EMSL template has the GUID source in a separate column from the ID itself.
UUID or whatever the prefix is on the GUID provided (no :) should be in column 1, guid_source
And the UUID / identifier should be in column C, unique_id

EMSL no longer has GUID in its template & will be minting IDs.
