Hi @frodriguez16 we want to have all the public facing docs updated by 1/17/25. Can you meet this timeline? Can this issue be closed by then?

The Ambassador training materials are the same slides with DOIs from the other issue you just closed. The training of the Ambassadors is a Q2 deadline and we have a separate timeline for the 2025 Ambassador program so this should not be included in the documentation squad 1/17 deadline. Thanks!

I don't think the ambassador slides would be "general" public facing. They aren't shared until the ambassadors are ready for them & they're only shared with ambassadors. Right?

Yes correct! They are used during the Ambassador trainings and shared just with the Ambassadors at first, then they get DOIs later in the year (the Ambassadors help us to clean them up for public release/they add some things) and are then housed on Zenodo. I wouldn't consider these part of the general public facing documentation
