Summary:

  1. move some things to the data package
  2. add a dependency on the data package
  3. update github actions workflow so it will not pass for warnings any longer
  4. move testOTU to testthat directory
  5. move P_VALUE_FLOOR to sysdata
  6. improve user facing docs
