If this Indicator turns red, any App can write to /private on your Device. This means that your Device is no longer secure and unwanted Changes may be made by an App!
If this Indicator turns red, a Framework called Mobile Substrate has been installed on your Device. Mobile Substrate is used to make "Tweaks" possible on Jailbroken Devices. Tweaks are small modifications of the iOS System. and can cause harm to your Device/Data!
If this Indicator turns red, Bash has been installed on your Device. Bash uses Text Files as input and executes them if there are valid instructions in the file. These files are executed with root privileges, this means that Bash can be extremely dangerous!
If this Indicator turns red, SSH has been installed on your device. With SSH someone can remotely login into your Device and can run Commands in the command Line and probably archive root privileges!

If you did not jailbreak your Device intentionally, you might have been hacked. This is very uncommon but can be theoretically archived. If so, connect your Device to a trusted Computer and install iTunes. Update/Restore your Device to the newest iOS Veriosn as security Updates are made all the Time by Apple!
