Adds --fix-potentially-vulnerable

Adds the option to also fix potentially vulnerable files.

Important Fix: Removes class SocketServer instead of SimpleSocketServer

In this release, the class file of the Class SocketServer ist removed. Before it was the SimpleSocketServer.
