@neos-project/neos-ui-extensibility uses in its src files ../../dist build artifacts.
That is now replaced and we only depend on their pure source.
This leads to better treeshaking and also no need for tslib!
Furthermore the neosUiExtensibility plugin will use when importing @neos-project/positional-array-sorter its src files, so that when only using manifest it will not be included anymore due to better treeshaking.
Also "@neos-project/neos-ui-extensibility was bumped to 8.1
