safety: Safety-critical aspects to consider

mantra must be usable for safety-critical software projects, because requirements traceability and coverage is an important part in such domains.

safety.change: Detect changes to collected data

It must be possible to detect content changes of collected data, because it is important to know which reviews, tests, or traces might be affected by those changes.
