Practical statistics

Statistical concepts and examples based on Justin Kinny's course Practical Statistics for Experimental Biologists 7/27 to 7/31/2020.

R

The RStudio file contains the translated information taught in Justin's course in the R programming language. Basic information on statistics, necessary libraries, basic syntax, and examples for different tests are shown. R is a language designed especially for statistical analysis and data reconfiguration. All R libraries focus on making data analysis easier, more approachable,and more detailed. R's syntax makes it easy to create complex statistical models with just a few lines of code.

The python file contains a pythonised version of Justin's course using Python v 3.8. Necessary libraries and packages are listed with each example. Definitions and context can be found via associated web links.
